The Role
* Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience
* Supporting the Head of Art in leading and developing the department
* Assisting with curriculum planning, assessment, and moderation

* Supporting exhibitions, displays, and enrichment opportunities
* Contributing to whole-school academic initiatives and improvement planning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject
* Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level
* A strong track record of excellent classroom practice and pupil progress
* Experience supporting departmental initiatives or readiness to step into leadership
* High expectations for pupil engagement, creativity, and achievement
