About the Role
We are looking for a Midweight 2D Experiential Designer who combines strong graphic design craft with emerging AI-enabled creative tools to help bring immersive brand experiences to life.
This role sits within a collaborative creative team working across live events, exhibitions, brand activations, sponsorship environments, and experiential campaigns. You will develop bold visual identities and graphic systems that translate ideas into engaging experiences across physical and digital environments.
Working closely with Creative Directors, 3D designers, strategists, and producers, you’ll transform concepts into compelling design solutions that elevate audience journeys across spaces, screens, and touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
Creative & Design
* Design 2D graphics for experiential environments, including large-format graphics, signage, wayfinding, stage graphics, and environmental branding.
* Develop visual identities and graphic systems for events, activations, pop-ups, and exhibitions.
* Create concept visuals, mood boards, and presentation decks to communicate ideas internally and to clients.
* Collaborate with 3D and spatial design teams to ensure seamless integration between graphics and physical environments.
Creative Development
* Translate creative concepts into clear, impactful visual solutions across multiple touchpoints.
* Contribute to creative ideation and design development within multidisciplinary teams.
* Use AI-enabled tools to support ideation, visualization, and design workflows.
Production & Delivery
* Prepare production-ready artwork and design files for large-format and environmental applications.
* Work with production and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained through build and installation.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong graphic design fundamentals and typography skills.
* Experience designing for experiential environments, events, exhibitions, or branded spaces.
* Ability to communicate ideas through visual storytelling and presentation design.
* Comfortable collaborating with 3D designers, creative teams, and producers.
* Interest in AI-assisted creative tools and emerging design workflows.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
