Line Technician
Location: Harlow
Pay: Competitive salary of £35K (FTE)
Hours: 41.25 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Two-weekly rotating shift cycle
Shift Times:
•06:00 – 14:15
•14:00 – 22:15
•(Weekend coverage may be required )
Staffright are recruiting for our client based in Harlow, a well-established and growing global FMCG manufacturer, for an experienced and motivated Line Technician to support high-speed production operations
The Role-
As a Line Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring production lines operate efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities-
•Operate and maintain production line equipment
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults
•Complete line changeovers and setups
•Ensure safety, quality, and hygiene standards
•Support continuous improvement activities
Requirements-
•2+ years’ experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Good communication and teamwork
•Attention to detail and commitment to quality
•Ability to work under pressure
•Proactive approach to maintenance and improvement
