Monitor and maintain production quality to meet or exceed established standards. Plan and organise weekly production schedules, adapting as needed to meet deadlines and operational demands. Collaborate with management teams across sites to ensure timely shipments and alignment with delivery schedules Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date production drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Champion a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices. Coordinate and facilitate targeted training sessions to address key skills and development needs Lead and evaluate the performance of production teams, providing guidance and support to foster continuous improvement Oversee and manage holiday requests for production employees, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operational continuity Oversee the procurement of raw materials Coordinate with management on maintenance activities and the procurement of necessary equipment. Collaborate with management to assess and determine the required resources, including workforce and raw materials Record parts lists for stock adjustments, maintaining precise and up-to-date inventory data.
