JDRoss are supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM business analyst. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, established company with over 20 years of experience.
You will be working within regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
* Play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
* Act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels of the organization, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
* Lead critical initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
* Provide advice, guidance, and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
* Plan and scope requirements definition and prioritization activities for large, complex initiatives.
* In-depth knowledge of a broad range of industry-wide modeling techniques.
* Advise on the choice of techniques and approaches, influencing customers accordingly.
* Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
