What you’ll be doing: Supporting teachers in the classroom with day-to-day activities Helping pupils with their learning – individually, in small groups, or as a class Building strong relationships and encouraging children to do their best Supporting pupils with additional needs or learning difficulties when needed Helping create a fun, safe and positive environment for all children We’re looking for someone who: Is patient, kind and positive – with a real passion for helping children Enjoys working as part of a team Is flexible and happy to get stuck in Has experience working with children (in any setting – schools, clubs, childcare – all welcome!)
