Location: SEND school located in West Drayton Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch) Contract: Long-term, with permanent opportunity after 12 weeks SEND school in West Drayton are seeking a highly skilled School Admin & Attendance Officer to join their team immediately. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of the school office and ensuring accurate attendance management. Key Responsibilities: •Managing school attendance records and systems •Liaising confidently with parents, staff, and external providers •Supporting administrative tasks within the school office •Conducting home visits to support vulnerable students and families •Maintaining accurate data using MIS and Microsoft Office Essential Skills & Experience: •Excellent written and spoken English •Previous experience in a school office environment •Proficiency with Arbor MIS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) •Strong data management and organisational skills •Experience managing attendance •Reliable, flexible, and a proactive “can-do” attitude •Confident, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent •Ability to work with students with challenging behaviour (SEND experience beneficial) We Offer: •Immediate start •Long-term contract with the potential for permanent employment •Supportive and collaborative team environment If you are committed, resilient, and ready to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
