Blue Legal is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Senior Content Manager. This is a strategically important opportunity for an experienced content professional to lead the development and delivery of high-quality content programmes that support client engagement, business development and the firm's market profile. Working closely with partners, lawyers and senior stakeholders across the UK and internationally, the successful candidate will drive thought leadership initiatives and content strategies that showcase expertise across multiple sectors and practice groups.
The Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of strategic content initiatives across the firm, supporting practice groups, sectors and wider business objectives.
* Partner with lawyers and business development teams to create thought leadership programmes, client campaigns and content plans.
* Oversee the creation and coordination of a wide range of content, including reports, articles, website copy, campaign materials and client-facing communications.
* Identify opportunities to connect expertise across services, sectors and jurisdictions through commercially focused content.
* Manage content projects from briefing through to publication, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with marketing, communications, digital and design teams to maximise content reach and engagement across multiple channels.
* Advise senior stakeholders on content strategy, messaging and audience engagement, while contributing to the continuous improvement of content processes and governance.
The Candidate
* Significant experience in a senior content, editorial or communications role within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Proven track record of delivering complex content programmes and thought leadership initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions.
* Strong editorial, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
