The Role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Field Sales Advisor to visit customers in their homes and provide tailored home improvement solutions. Working with pre-qualified, warm leads, you will deliver a consultative sales experience, helping customers design the right products for their property while achieving agreed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend pre-booked appointments at customers' homes
* Consult with homeowners to understand their needs, budget and design preferences
* Present and explain products including windows, doors, conservatories and extensions
* Provide accurate quotations and design proposals
* Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from consultation to order
* Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
* Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales systems
* Liaise with surveyors, designers and office teams to ensure smooth project handover
* Work evenings and weekends as required to meet customer availability
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in field or in-home sales (home improvement experience preferred)
* Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first approach
* Confident, professional and well-presented
* Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel across Sussex and Kent
* Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Basic IT skills (CRM, email, quotation systems)
