About the Role As a Temporary Nursery Practitioner, you will be supporting high-quality Early Years provision in a range of nursery environments. Every day is different, and you’ll play a key role in helping children learn, develop and thrive. Your duties will include: Supporting children’s learning and development through engaging play activities Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for babies and young children Assisting with daily nursery routines including meals, activities and rest times Encouraging social interaction, independence and confidence in children Working as part of established nursery teams to deliver high standards of care Following safeguarding, health and safety policies at all times What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need: A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience in a nursery, preschool or childcare setting A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach to working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work across different nursery environments in Oxfordshire Why Work with Completely Care?
