We are proud to be searching for a Deputy Manager and a LV3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a fantastic setting based near High Wycombe. It is set within a large detached Georgian house which has been extensively refurbished to provide expectational childcare facilities. They use these extensive resources to tailor their care to suit each and every child’s age.Key Responsibilities; •Ensure that all children are kept safe. •Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors. •Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and carers •Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained. •Deploy staff effectively to ensure the required standards are maintained. •Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s keyperson system and allocate key children appropriately. •Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring the nursery remains compliant in respect of suitably trained and vetted staff with relevant qualifications. •Support the Nursery Manager with recruiting, inducting, supporting, training and appraising all staff to deliver high quality childcare practice •Support the Nursery Manager to identify, address and support individual training needs and self-development such as supervisions and appraisalsThe successful candidate can look forward to a very competitive salary, generous holiday allowance alongside professional development and CPD.
