Job Opportunity Support Worker for Gentleman with Complex Needs
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care for an older gentleman with complex needs.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position on a rolling shift pattern:
* 12-hour shifts
* 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next (average of 42 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full personal care with dignity and respect
* Maintain household cleanliness and a safe living environment
* Prepare and cook meals to meet dietary needs
* Drive and escort the gentleman in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for community activities and appointments
* Support independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing
Requirements:
* Previous experience in supporting individuals with complex needs (essential)
* Full UK driving licence
* Confident in driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
* Compassionate, reliable, and patient nature
* Ability to work as part of a supportive team
