We are seeking a strong and strategic Collections Manager to lead a team handling early-stage delinquent accounts for our Financial Services Client.
About the Role:You will be Managing a team responisble for a portfolio of commercial delinquent accounts, typically ranging from £500k to multi-million pound balances. This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for team performance and strategic direction.
Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team ensuring individual and team exepctations are metHandle complex early arrears accounts with professionalism and strategic oversight.Set and track KPIs Develop and implement effective strategies.Attend monthly Board and C-Suite meetings to present performance updates and forecasts.
What We’re Looking For:Proven experience managing high-value, difficult delinquent accounts.Strong people leadership and coaching skills.Experience working in target/KPI-driven environments.Board-level reporting experience is essential.A leader who embodies integrity, accountability, and empathy.Must be based within a commutable distance to the office Minimum 4 days in-office required during transition period
