Your new role
As a Marketing Business Partner, you’ll have responsibility for a range of insurance brands within their Retail portfolio. This is a broad, generalist marketing role where you’ll plan & deliver on marketing strategies, plans, & hands-on execution & you’ll manage your relationship with the businesses, key stakeholders, budgets etc.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing & work closely with key stakeholders across the business, marketing agencies, & the wider team.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in the City with 3/2 hybrid working arrangements.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Previous Marketing experience at Exec or Senior Exec level within a regulated industry – Insurance would be ideal but open to broader financial services
2. Can demonstrate where you’ve successfully created & delivered on marketing plans – ideally managing multiple across different brands/products
3. Whilst you’ll have responsibility for the marketing strategy of your brands, this is also a hands-on role, so you’ll want to keep executing day-to-day marketing tasks across channels, including digital, social, email, event etc.
4. You’ll be able to effectively manage stakeholders & pushback where needed
