Area Sales Manager – TV & MDA
Join our growing team at g2 Marketing as an Area Sales Manager for our TV & Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) product portfolio. The role is based in Berkshire and surrounding counties (ideally Reading or Slough), with nationwide travel as required.
Package
* £32 000 per annum, plus 10 % performance bonus
* Company car / car allowance
* Full‑time (Mon – Fri, with 2 weekends per month)
* Permanent contract
* 22 days paid holiday per annum, plus bank holidays

Responsibilities
* Be the main point of contact for store contacts in the region.
* Drive sales performance and identify opportunities to grow the brand.
* Lead data analysis and provide insights.
* Support and manage a team of promoters in the field.
* Monitor brand knowledge and awareness across the region and implement improvement strategies.
* Create and deliver training sessions (one‑to‑one and group).
* Ensure compliance with fixture and display standards.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in creating and delivering engaging training content.
* Leadership or management experience, preferably in retail.
* Valid full UK driving licence.
