Find out more at www.business-stream.co.uk/careers/early-careers.\n\nThe Business Administration - SCQF Level 6 programme will be available in 2 departments:\n\nCustomer Services - youâll work in a customer service team that helps businesses get set up when they move into a property or close their account when they move out. \n\nThe job involves checking details, keeping records accurate, and making sure customers have a smooth start or end to their service.\n\nCustomer Operations - You will have the opportunity to rotate between two teams within our Customer Operation function.\n\nâ¢\tIn our Metering and Billing team, youâll check meter information, update customer accounts, and speak to customers by phone, email, or letter to answer questions and resolve issues. Youâll also work with other teams to make sure bills are correct and sent out on time.\nâ¢\tIn our Credit Management team, youâll speak to customers by phone and email to discuss payments, answer questions, and agree payment plans where needed. Youâll keep records up to date and support with payment issues that canât be resolved straight away. \n\nWith training, youâll build strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills that are useful in many careers.
