Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will manufacture parts using CNC and conventional machining equipment, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
1. Manufacture parts with CNC machines using industry-standard techniques, following quality assurance procedures.
2. Plan machining jobs based on work schedules, engineering drawings, and CAD files.
3. Program new parts and modify existing programs using Mazatrol as needed.
4. Determine work holding, tool holding, and tooling requirements, working independently or with team members.
5. Assemble tools and toolholders, and set them with a presetter.
6. Design and manufacture fixtures and work holding devices.
