We are working with a UK law firm of around 500 people, all based in one office. That structure matters – it means you are close to the business every day, and you really get under the skin of how it operates, the personalities behind it, and how relationships actually drive decisions.
The firm is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to sit at the centre of how key client relationships are developed and grown across the firm.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Client Service Director, Partners, Associates, and the Business Development team to build insight‑led approaches that unlock growth and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
* Own the key client programme, using data, feedback, and collaboration across teams to improve how the firm understands and serves its most important clients.
* Engage in client conversations, support Partners on strategic planning, and help turn insight into action.
This is a visible, hands‑on role where you will be directly involved in client conversations, supporting Partners on strategic planning, and turning insight into actionable outcomes.
