This role is perfect for graduates considering teacher training or a future in education. You will work closely with teachers to support literacy development across Key Stages 1 and 2, delivering phonics sessions, reading interventions, and writing support. You will also provide 1:1 and small-group assistance, helping pupils achieve their academic potential in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities

What we are looking for
* A degree in English, English Literature, or a related subject
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning
* Previous experience working with children or young people
