What You'll Need to Have
* Experience working in a sales‑oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates.
* Skill at forward planning, handling several tasks at once, and enjoyment of working both independently and as a team member.
* Interest in people’s home life and ability to provide personalised solutions that meet their needs.
* Initiative, openness to change, and ability to find solutions to complex problems and communicate with customers. Actively engaged.
* Confidence in learning and working with a variety of computer programmes, including Microsoft Office suite and Kitchen Planning Tools.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
* Planning and designing kitchens for customers, in both initial and follow‑up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations where appropriate.
* Actively engaging with our customers, identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
* Maintaining enthusiasm about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
* Supporting maximising sales by ensuring the Kitchen Sales areas are clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
* Communicating with customers in a variety of ways, including email, text and calls starting from pre‑appointment calls, and continuing through planning and purchase of their kitchen.
