Qualifications
* A BSc in animal welfare, animal behaviour, or animal husbandry, or equivalent experience in a research environment, is essential.
* Educated to a minimum A level (or equivalent, including a biological science), or possessing equivalent experience in a research or animal-centred environment, is essential.
* Leadership experience - Proven experience in people management and building high-performing teams.
* Strong collaboration skills - Ability to work cross-functionally within a research and scientific environment.
* Practical experience of developing and implementing behaviour modification/management programmes for cats and dogs is desirable.
