The Curve Group is looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to support key financial services clients within our RPO and embedded talent solutions team.
This is a consultative, stakeholder-facing role where you’ll partner with key hiring managers, influence hiring strategy, deliver high-quality recruitment solutions and help grow long-term client relationships.
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of specialist and senior hiring, providing market insight, recruitment expertise and an exceptional hiring experience.
What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with senior stakeholders across your business areas
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through to offer
* Delivering sourcing and attraction strategies across multiple channels
* Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and hiring advice
* Building trusted client relationships and influencing hiring decisions
What we’re looking for:
* Financial services recruitment experience, or experience from professional services is desirable
* Experience of working in am embedded, RPO or in-house team is desirable
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence
* Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities and client relationships
* Commercial mindset with a consultative approach
* Strong sourcing and direct hiring capability
* Confident using recruitment systems, data and market insights
