Contract Type: Temp to perm
Area: Thurrock/ Benfleet
Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week (Mon to Fri)
Hourly Rate: £21.40 PH CIS

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced plasterer multi to join our client’s reactive maintenance team.
Duties
1. Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance including patch plastering, skimming, rendering repairs, and making good works
2. Preparing surfaces and ensuring a high-quality finish on all plastering works
3. Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
4. Carrying out secondary trades when required
5. Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
6. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements
7. NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering or painting or tiling.
8. Domestic/social housing/council property repairs experience
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Full UK driver’s license
11. Will be able to carry out secondary trades to a good standard
