Lecturer, Electrical Installation – Construction Team

Responsibilities
* Work hands‑on with entry‑level students, guiding them through practical training in electrical installation.
* Inspire and motivate young people to succeed and achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
* Hold GCSE A or Level 2 equivalent in English and Maths.
* Have an interest in supporting students within an educational environment.
* Be qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Be supportive, engaging, and able to motivate young people.
Professional and Regulatory Requirements
* The post is subject to pre‑employment vetting in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education, including an Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS.
* Evidence of all essential qualifications must be provided.
* All posts within the Group are exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
* Applicants living overseas or who have lived or worked overseas in the last five years may need to provide a criminal record check from the relevant country.
