GSL Education are currently seeking a committed PE Teacher to join a school in Beeston. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, promote teamwork, and support pupils in building confidence through physical activity. Role Overview: As a PE Teacher, you will deliver high-quality physical education across a range of key stages. You will encourage pupils to participate in sport and physical activities while promoting teamwork, health, and wellbeing both in lessons and through extracurricular activities. As a PE Teacher, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons to a range of age groups and abilities. Inspire pupils to enjoy physical activity and develop sporting skills. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to support development. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Contribute to extracurricular sports and whole-school activities. Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare. Requirements for PE Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. Experience teaching PE across primary or secondary phases. A strong understanding of the PE curriculum and effective teaching practices. Excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
