The role profile is: As part of an organisational-wide target operating model redesign, work with senior leaders to organisation design reviews at a team, function and capability level across the organisation. Specifically:
* Own, advise and support the application of evidence-informed, good practice organisation design principles, contributing to ‘good work’ and job design.
* Work with leaders and people colleagues, consulting and advising on organisation design.
* Contribute to the on-going development and embedding of the organisation’s operating model, maintaining a focus on strategic alignment in the application and realisation of organisation design.
* Lead and contribute to projects to understand, assess and develop organisational capabilities.
* Enable a people-centric approach to change by providing input and guidance on how leaders plan for and embed change within their teams.
The role may also be involved in contributing to or leading organisation wide projects related to leadership and talent development as well as culture and employee experience.
Essential criteria:
* Significant experience in leading organisation design
* Good knowledge of OD best practice, approaches and tooling
* Strong relationship building skills and experience of influencing and working effectively with senior stakeholders and other colleagues through facilitation, presentation, negotiation skills and where appropriate constructive challenge
* Experience of designing and delivering organisation-wide initiatives successfully on time and to budget, demonstrating best practice in leadership development, ODD, culture, team development, HR and/or change through these.
