Your tasks
* Analyze, forecast, plan, and control the commercial development of the Coventry Plant and related areas
* Independently collect, validate, and prepare accurate, timely, and transparent data following Brose standards
* Act as a sparring partner to supported functions to ensure the competitiveness and profitability of the plant
* Prepare period-end closing reports in line with corporate guidelines
* Analyze monthly variances (actual vs. forecast/budget), provide comments, and recommend profit improvement measures
* Develop and support implementation of concepts to optimize KPIs related to efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
* Conduct special analyses and take responsibility for projects and measures
* Ensure transparency in cost center structures, overhead allocation, segment reporting, and calculation of hourly rates
* Verify procurement requests and prepare cost-benefit analyses for products, processes, and make-or-buy decisions
* Support benchmark activities and review existing controlling processes to propose improvements
* Collaborate closely with Plant Management, local and central controlling, finance, and business division teams
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification
* 3-5 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, or management accounting
* Strong knowledge of Finance & Controlling principles (Management Accounting)
* Proficient in SAP (or similar ERP systems) and MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visual Basic
* Business fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is a plus
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to management
