Working Hours
As an Operations Degree Apprentice, you will work various shifts including early, late, night, and some weekends to gain full exposure to our 24/7 operation. Shift patterns include:
* Early shifts (around 6am)
* Late shifts (up to 10pm)
* Night shifts (10pm – 6am)
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our parcel logistics, management, customer service, leadership, and sustainability practices over three years.
