Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for rewarding and flexible work in Flintshire?
We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across the region on a supply basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact in the classroom, while benefiting from a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
* Supporting pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Providing additional support to children with varying educational needs
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (education or similar setting)
* A proactive, flexible and professional approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA) are desirable but not essential
