About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team who work both remotely and office-based. This role is critical in maintaining accurate records, managing customer enquiries and will be working as part of a small team to achieve the company targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including a comprehensive checking process to ensure all orders are booked correctly on the system.
* Working directly with the customer base, being the main telephone contact incoming and support contact outgoing.
* Assist with the maintenance and updating of the Hubspot CRM system with customer information, sales activities, and pipeline data.
* Support the sales team and external marketing team in organising client meetings, events and trade shows.
* Keep a diary of sales team to ensure we can action any customer enquiries and perform any other administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Computer literate
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
* Proven experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
