Regional Support Manager (Clinical)

About the Role
You will be a key member of the Regional Management Team, providing operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region. Working in partnership with your Regional Director, you will support your team of care home managers in delivering excellent customer service, high quality standards and strong leadership for our people.
Responsibilities
* Provide operational support and expertise to care homes across the region.
* Coach, mentor and support Home Managers in selected homes.
* Support the Regional Director in monitoring all aspects of service, analysing and using quality metrics.
* Conduct internal and external audits and liaise with the Operational Quality team.
* Develop service improvement plans with the quality team and Home Managers, identifying actions, ownership and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a Home Manager or Quality role.
* Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge.
* Experience leading audits (internal & external) and creating action plans.
* Adaptability to work across different care homes.
* Experience in coaching and supporting teams on clinical concerns and analysing data trends.
