We’re looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our friendly and efficient Aftersales team. Led by an experienced Service Manager, you’ll be supported from day one with ongoing training, 1-to-1 development, and customer experience workshops to help you thrive.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers, delivering a personalised and premium experience every time they return to us for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
What you’ll be doing:
Booking MOTs, services, and repair work for customers
Advising on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories where appropriate
Liaising with the Aftersales team to schedule appointments efficiently
Handling high volumes of customer calls, queries, and online bookings
Keeping customers updated on turnaround times and workshop progress
Maintaining accurate records and updating booking systems
What we’re looking for:
A warm, energetic personality with a passion for customer service
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily
Confidence in explaining technical information in a clear, simple way
Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems would be an advantage

Hours/Pay:
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Saturdays will be on a rota basis
£28,000 pa - £35,000pa DOE
