We are seeking a committed and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a specialist Alternative Provision in Towcester on a full-time, permanent basis starting March 2026. This provision supports students aged 11-16 who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. With a strong focus on structure, consistency, and restorative practice, the school works to rebuild confidence, improve behaviour, and re-engage young people with their learning. This is a rewarding permanent opportunity to play a key leadership role within the classroom and make a lasting difference.
