Key Responsibilities
* Leading work streams on medium-sized engagements and supporting larger, complex projects in dynamic environments.
* Providing advice on price structuring and vetting services related to Sale and Purchase Agreements, including completion accounts, locked box provisions, and deferred considerations.
* Preparing Locked Box papers and offering post-completion advice on accounts and disputes.
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients for business development.
* Managing risks and ensuring compliance with firm frameworks.
* Developing team members through coaching and skill transfer.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions and understanding transaction cycles.
* Knowledge of price adjustment mechanisms, locked box arrangements, and earn-out provisions.
* Experience in financial due diligence or audits.
* ACA qualification or equivalent, with a strong academic background.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.
* Ability to work effectively in high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
