Palliative Care Nurse – 37.5 hours per week
Starting salary £29,691 per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to £35,637 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and participate in delivery of holistic patient centred care
* Assess and evaluate individual care plans for the patient and their family taking in to account their diverse needs
* Assess and manage patient’s symptoms with support from wider team
* Provide professional leadership and support colleagues to achieve their objectives
* Ensure patients and their families experience is professional, welcoming, relaxed and friendly
What we’re looking for:
* Knowledge of complex symptom management
* Understanding of Specialist Palliative Care Philosophy and End of Life care strategy
* Previous work in a hospice or relevant experience
* Advanced communication skills
* NMC Adult Nurse
