St Monica’s RC High School are currently seeking a Pastoral Manager. * Will be a confident communicator (written and oral)
* Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Has well‑developed ICT skills.
* Works well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
* Has high levels of integrity, honesty & credibility.
* Is highly motivated with a strong work ethic
* Is able to work independently and also work as part of a team.
