Commercial Manager
East Midlands based - Hybrid
An established global organisation operating within the πππππ§ππ π¬ππππ¨π« is seeking an ππ±π©ππ«π’ππ§πππ ππ¨π¦π¦ππ«ππ’ππ₯ πππ§ππ ππ« to lead a range of commercial and contractual activities across both government and industry engagements.
You will act as a key commercial interface for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective governance and compliance across all contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead commercial and contractual support across B2G and B2B engagements.
-Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of complex agreements.
-Ensure compliance with ππ±π©π¨π«π ππ¨π§ππ«π¨π₯ regulations (ITAR, EAR, and UK Export Regulations).
-Manage adherence to MOD frameworks and subcontracting requirements.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align on risk management and best practice.
-Support the development of commercial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
About You:
-Strong background in commercial or contracts management within the πππππ§ππ ππ§π πππ«π¨π¬π©πππ π¬ππππ¨π«.
-Working knowledge of export control and MOD contracting frameworks.
-Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
-Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to compliance and risk.
