About the Role

As Care Manager, you’ll:

* Lead a 24/7 team supporting 7 adults in a dynamic, person-centred environment
* Ensure safety, inclusion, and independence for every individual
* Work closely with our Operations Manager, Senior Leadership, and Quality Team
* Oversee compliance, staff development, and service excellence
* Be hands‑on, proactive, and ready to act when challenges arise


What You Bring

* 5+ years’ experience leading specialist care teams
* Strong knowledge of the Care Act, DoLS, MCA, and safeguarding
* Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards it)
* A visible, values‑driven leadership style
* Confidence managing risk and driving quality improvements
