A day in the life of a Retail Sales Consultant
* Partner with our customers to help them find their dream sofa
* Showcase our fantastic products in true Sofology style
* Always offer that Very Important Customer experience - no ifs, no buts
* Understand the world of design and style so you can help customers make the right sofa choice
* Complete finance applications to check we’re offering the customer the right payment products
* Use your passion for interior design to ensure store standards are striking
* Share knowledge with your team and support others with best practice
* Hone listening skills to have relevant conversations with customers
* Help customers visualise how their sofa will look in their home through creative interactions
* Recognise customer needs and recommend the right additional products
* Provide detailed after-care advice to help customers enjoy their sofa longer
