Were looking for a Payroll Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy payroll department, delivering a range of Umbrella, Deemed, and Client payrolls, along with CIS payments. This is a hands-on position where youll play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and service excellence, while supporting a growing payroll team. Youll be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met, processes are followed, and standards remain high from payroll validations and reconciliations to statutory payments, bank reconciliations, and pension management.
