About the Role( Drivers needed) Veesupportservices Ltd is currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join our temporary agency team supporting clients within the community across Norfolk. This role involves providing person-centred care and support to individuals within their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing. Flexible shifts are available including days, nights, weekends, and short-notice cover. Main Duties and Responsibilities Providing high-quality domiciliary care and support within service users’ homes Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Supporting with meal preparation, medication prompts, shopping, and domestic tasks Assisting service users with mobility and accessing the community Maintaining accurate daily records and care notes Following care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in service users’ wellbeing Promoting dignity, independence, respect, and person-centred care at all times Working professionally with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues Requirements Previous care experience preferred but not essential Caring, patient, and professional approach Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and reliable Basic IT skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable but not essential NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care desirable What We Offer Flexible temporary agency shifts Weekly pay Competitive rates of pay Ongoing support and training Opportunities to work in different care settings Friendly and supportive management team Job Type Temporary Agency Work Flexible Hours
