Flexi-time 25 days holiday bank holidays Social and team events Free parking On-site gym available The role: Ensuring all bills are set up against the correct customers Dealing with billing queries over email and phone Running tests to ensure accurate billing will be produced during the monthly billing run Actioning all rebills within the billing month Creating group billing reports for customers Identifying inaccurate bills Resolving any issues that may arise from incorrect bills in a timely and effective manner Updating internal systems correctly and efficiently Managing the billing team inbox and work- flows Providing regular and ad-hoc reports on time for both internal and external stakeholder About you: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Analytical, confident, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Able to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills A desire to learn and build a career Strong working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel Ideally previous experience working in a billing role
