Pastoral Lead - Liverpool (Full-Time, Temp to Perm) Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a secondary school in Liverpool to recruit an experienced and motivated Pastoral Lead to join their dedicated pastoral team on a full-time, temp to perm basis starting September 2026. The Role This is a key support staff position focused on safeguarding, student wellbeing, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a year group. You will play a central role in tracking and monitoring student behaviour, attendance, progress, and wellbeing, while working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure students receive the appropriate support and interventions.
