Overview
Bushey Fields Hospital welcomes colleagues who are encouraging, proactive, inclusive and caring. We are currently welcoming band 5 staff nurses to join our teams on our male acute ward. A £2million investment has given the ward space at Bushey Fields Hospital in Dudley an upgrade as part of a programme to improve inpatient environments at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The newly upgraded Kinver ward provides inpatient support for males requiring mental health care, offering 16 beds in a modern and comfortable setting. The refurbishment includes the latest technology and design features, such as anti-ligature fixtures, advanced alarm systems, and dedicated spaces for activities, quiet reflection, and social interaction. Patients will benefit from a courtyard garden and a dedicated room for those needing support for their physical health. Adjacent to the main ward, there is a place of safety suite that offers a private and dignified space for individuals admitted for urgent assessment.
