At InPost, we are looking for two exceptional Warehouse Route Supervisors to join our team and help drive operational excellence in our parcel sortation operations. As a key member of the team, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize mechanical sortation processes, and lead a talented team towards achieving outstanding results.

Shift Pattern: 4on/4off
Hours: 21:00 - 05:00
Salary: £30,598 p/a
What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution across all activities and departments.
2. Driving High Performance: Develop strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency. Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
3. Mastering Warehouse Flow: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate sorting, processing, and dispatching of parcels.
4. Empowering Your Team: Lead, train, and motivate a high-performance team, fostering a positive work environment.
5. Collaborating Across Teams: Work with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
6. Ensuring Consistency: Enforce SOPs to maintain operational standards, efficiency, and quality.
7. Prioritizing Safety: Focus on health and safety compliance, creating a safe working environment.
8. Managing the OLA Shift: Oversee all aspects of the shift to ensure productivity and performance.
9. Managing Driver Briefings: Oversee driver pre- and de-briefings for clear communication.
10. Maintaining a Top-Tier Warehouse Environment: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
11. Upholding Company Standards: Enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
12. Weekend Engagement: Participate in weekend calls for operational updates and insights.
