Duties and Responsibilities
4. Advise to Senior Business stakeholders, using insights and analytics to support the business and wider people strategy.
5. Oversight on employee relationships.
6. Advising on complex issues using HR knowledge.
Skills and Experience Required
7. Stakeholder management- experience partnering with various business areas.
8. Ability to effectively manage complex issues.
9. Good all-round experience of HR systems, practices and policies.
10. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
