Full Stack Software Engineer – Tech for Good
Location: Remote/Hybrid (UK or Ireland-based, occasional in-person travel)
Contract: 9-month fixed-term (Full-time, PAYE)
Salary: Up to £65k

What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and ship new customer-facing features across both frontend and backend
* Design scalable systems and contribute to architectural decisions
* Collaborate with product and design to bring ideas to life
* Own your code end-to-end, from implementation to deployment
* Help shape engineering culture in a small, high-impact team
You’ll Thrive Here If You
* Have 6+ years' experience as a full-stack engineer
* Are confident building both frontend (React, Nuxt, JS frameworks) and backend (FastAPI, Node.js, GraphQL, etc.) systems
* Write clean, consistent code quickly and thoughtfully
* Are comfortable moving fast and wearing many hats in an early-stage startup
* Care about inclusion and accessibility — especially for overlooked communities
