Working pattern
Typical weekly schedule: see details below and be flexible to cover store needs.
* Week 1: Tuesday 10:00-18:00, Friday 08:30-16:30, Saturday 13:00-21:00
* Week 2: Sunday 07:00-15:00, Wednesday 10:00-18:00, Thursday 06:00-14:00
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keept store clean and organized, with shelves stocked
* Monitor and contribute to daily sales targets, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and make recommendations
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and promote products and services
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience
