Role: Finance Clerk (9 month Fixed-term Contract)
Location: Worksop
We are seeking a dedicated AP Clerk on a 9-month FTC to handle invoice processing and payments, providing essential financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
* Process daily financial transactions within established control processes to ensure accurate financial data
* Process, allocate, and monitor payments and receipts to accurately reflect assets and liabilities in a timely manner
* Code, log, or match source documents efficiently to facilitate processing within financial systems
* Handle general enquiries via email or phone, escalating issues as needed to maintain excellent customer service
* Reconcile transaction data with external sources to verify accuracy and completeness
* Identify transactional deficiencies and reason codes to generate key performance indicators
What we’re looking for
* Strong numeracy skills and high data input accuracy
* Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel and experience with finance systems
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of work efficiently
