About the role

As a Senior Associate in the wider Tax Transformation and Technology team you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of our tax solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients.
Increasing complexity of business arrangements, new legislative requirements such as e-invoicing and making tax digital are creating significant challenges for organisations. In order to meet these challenges, organisations are looking to improve their tax processes through a combination of new technology, AI and finance system change. As a result, there is significant opportunity to support businesses with these changes.
You will join a dynamic team that brings together expertise from across tax and technology, working towards a shared goal: to help clients improve their tax functions through technology, process enhancements, and compliance.
What your days will look like:
1. Support the delivery of client engagements by assisting in the development and implementation of technology-driven tax solutions
2. Develop an understanding of the complexity of our clients tax requirements and business objectives
3. Stay informed about relevant tax legislation, regulatory changes, and technological advancements
4. Work closely with team members to ensure high-quality work and alignment with client needs
This role is for you if:
5. You have some experience or strong interest in tax, technology and transformation
6. You have some practical experience in tax or finance transformation / implementation
7. You have the ability to deliver accurate and high-quality work, with attention to detail
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
